A: Yes! We ship nationwide using trusted courier services. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country — you’ll see options at checkout.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We sometimes offer free NZ shipping for orders over a certain amount — check our homepage for current promos!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:

  • NZ orders: 2–5 business days

  • Rural addresses: add 1–2 extra days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days, depending on customs and destination.

♻️ Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Because our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, size, or fit. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if my item is faulty or not as described?
A: If you believe your item is faulty or misrepresented, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email].
We’ll assess your claim and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Q: Are your clothes new?
A: No — every piece we sell is vintage or pre-loved. That means it may show small signs of wear, which add to its unique character.

Q: How do I know if something will fit me?
A: We include detailed measurements in each listing. Because vintage sizing varies, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.
