I just adore this dress, not only because it's from my favorite era but the fabric is so beautiful.  A deep blue with pale green flowers.  This 1950s gem has a matching belt in the same fabric but definitely more room in the top of the dress without the belt.  You choose!
Side buttons that vear to the left of the chest, 3/4 sleeves, and the skirt of the dress is fuller than it looks in the pic.  You're welcome!
